August 16 National Kidney Foundation Screening
Thursday, August 16, 2012
Free Kidney Health Screening provided by the National Kidney Foundation
The National Kidney Foundation will again be offering a free Kidney Screening on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm at the Life Enrichment Center.
The Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEPTM) provides free screening for those at risk – anyone 18 years and older with high blood pressure, diabetes or a family history of kidney disease. It is designed to raise awareness about kidney disease among high risk individuals and provide free testing and educational information, so that kidney disease and its complications can be prevented or delayed. Find out more about KEEP here.
Appointments are strongly advised; limited walk-in appointments will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis but are not guaranteed. All participants must be 18 years of age or over.
To register contact Danielle Estep at 1-800-242-2133 or via e-mail danielle.estep@kidney.org
