Leading and managing a nonprofit organization is a challenging endeavor. As the executive director, board member, church leader or member of the management team, you’re continually striving to take your organization to the next level. Yet obstacles keep getting in the way. In fact, the challenges you and your organization face may, at times, seem endless.

The affordable programs of the Life Enrichment Center’s Leadership Development Institute are designed to help nonprofit professionals, churches and volunteers improve their interpersonal, management, and leadership skills to better support their agencies in delivering their missions.

Leaders+
Transforming Leaders to Transform Community

Starting in August, the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) of the Life Enrichment Center will be hosting its first Leaders+ program. The goal of this program is to transform leaders to transform communities.

Leaders+ is intended to serve those individuals filling executive level roles or aspiring to fill executive roles within the non-profit and church community.

This cohort style program will allow leaders to engage in activities that challenge their leadership behaviors and produce new perspectives and behavioral change to their leadership style. The program will offer practical tips to engage their followers in new ways, expose leaders to new concepts and terminology, offer networking to help leaders see how the flow of currency can take place beyond financial means alone, and present opportunities for leaders to think strategically about their role in their organization.

The following topics and presenters are included in the Leaders+ program. All sessions are on Fridays from 10 am-2 pm at the Life Enrichment Center.
