Yellow Bike, Community Borrow-A-Bike Program is up and running. The Life Enrichment Center has distributed 51 yellow bikes around the downtown Dayton area. The bikes can be picked up at designated bike racks in 6 locations and ridden to their destination and left for the next rider.
The goal is to continue to saturate the downtown area with yellow bikes while educating the public as to their usage. The bikes are donated to the LEC and they repurposed for the Yellow Bike Program. This program is free and is made possible by a collaboration of organizations including Downtown Dayton Partnership, The City of Dayton, 5 Rivers Metro Parks and a host of Dayton businesses.
