There are a variety of meaningful volunteer service options at the Life Enrichment Center (LEC). We are excited that you wish to contribute to the LEC’s volunteer program.
Please review the Position Titles and Descriptions to determine where you would like to volunteer. When you receive your volunteer application, we encourage you to choose more than one area of interest so that we can fully utilize your qualifications.
| ADMINISTRATION |
Building Maintenance |
Electrical, HVAC, Painting, Plumbing, and necessary repairs. |

Client Services & Registration/Receptionist |
Customer service skills, Intake new clients and volunteers, answer phones, monitor building/parking lot, maintain client/volunteer database. |
| |
Grounds Keeper |
Landscape, maintain grounds using hand/power tools or equipment.
Perform a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, raking and other tasks as required. |
| |
Janitorial |
General housekeeping such as cleaning restrooms/floors and emptying trash. |
| |
Office & Administrative Support |
Computer skills, data entry, typing, filing, use of office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, etc.) and other tasks as needed. |

Special Projects/Programs |
Flexible to be used as required for special projects such as, but not limited to managing Saturday operations with other organizations. |
| |
Volunteer Assistants |
Assist with recruitment, maintain accurate accountability, monitor effective use and control of volunteers. |

| FOOD SERVICE |
Food Distribution |
Unload trucks, sort, repack, bag and stock shelves, inventory. |
| |
Hospitality |
Prepare and cook large quantities of food, welcome and serve patrons, and clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils. |

Transportation & Vehicle Maintenance |
Drive truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory. Pick up and deliver food and other donations. Maintain trucks and forklifts. |

Marketing |
Promote Life Enrichment Center to the public. Assist with fundraising and grant writing efforts. |

Accredited/certified facilitators, counselors and teachers. |

Teachers, one-on-one or intercessory prayer. |

Present/former/retired teachers, tutors and topical/motivational speakers. |

Doctors, Dentists, Nutritionists, Optometrists, and Exercise Physiologists. |

Job Services |
Facilitator to assist with job preparation, resume writing, mock interviews and job search. |

Legal Aid |
Lawyers to assist in non-criminal legal needs. |
