MAK Town

 Where Kids Get Safety Smart!

The Life Enrichment Center is proud to be the home of MAK Town Safety Village, an educational program allowing children in third grade and under to start early in the development of their road and personal safety skills while having fun at the same time.

Built with a grant from the Mark A. Kreusch Memorial Fund and other supporters, MAK Town safety village sits adjacent to the Life Enrichment Center Bike Shoppe.  With buildings, streets and road signs just the right size for peddle cars, the child-centered MAK Town Safety Village, serves as the center of a practical and fun educational program.  Young children, ages K-4th grade,  learn personal safety including bike, pedestrian, fire, and appropriate use of 911, in a creative and dynamic setting. Children learn independent safety skills that will last them a lifetime!

In our 2018 season, we served 80 children in MAKTown Safety Village.  See photos and highlights in our video below!
