Public Health

Public Health – Room 236
Public Health is a Montgomery County program with a mission – “To lead and innovate by working with our community to achieve the goals of public health: Prevention, Promotion, and Protection”. Their vision is to prevent the spread of disease, protect against health threats in air, food and water, and promote healthy behaviors. Public Health provides nurses in their LEC office Monday through Friday, to provide our clients (and the community) with public health resources.

On Fridays from 9am-3:30pm, Public Health serve the community at the LEC through the Care Point program. A needle exchange program to help prevent disease through reused needles.
