Linda Bumiller stated, “Jim came to us with a great recommendation from Kent and Shawn. Jim knows the work that needs to be done and has great life experience.”

According to one of the students, David Turner, “Jim keeps it fun and is very engaging.”

Since graduating from the program a few years ago, Jim has been using his skills to fix things around Good Shepherd, some of their other properties, and various contracted work in the community.

Jim said, He’s been busy and is excited to give back to not only the clients of the LEC, but to the participants of Good Shepherd, helping them grow and learn in their construction skills.”

*Fun Fact:  Jim also shared that over the years, he’s painted half of the LEC building. – Thanks Jim for your dedication and your commitment!
